Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is a 12-month commitment, requiring 40 hours per week, and is fully remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs, enabling portfolio-level intention maps that fuel collaboration across products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of response for data product(s) support
- Act as the point of escalation for technical support issues
- Communicate notifications of system outages to internal stakeholders
- Report and analyze support operations performance to leadership
- Review client feedback provided in support channels and prepare use case(s) for additional product development
- Act as System Administrator for Creative Platforms
- Troubleshoot and solve user issues
- Provide updates & training guides to stakeholders & relevant teams when needed
- Organize/update our creative assets/libraries in Adobe CC Platforms
- Stay up to date on platform enhancements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience across AdTech product and/or analytics
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar PM tools
- Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace
- Exposure to Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Canva
- Basic knowledge of Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI
- Familiarity with Zapier, Air table, or automation
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS basics, or understanding development workflows
- Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Product and Technology teams
- Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable around AI & Prompting Media effectiveness background is a plus
- Experience creating and delivering product tools & stakeholder materials
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
