Description
- Managing a team of six employees
- Supporting current and future business needs through workforce planning and talent management
- Managing complex employee relations issues and helping increase retention
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Identifying training needs for teams and management
- Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Helping with employee onboarding and orientations
- Developing and managing career progression framework that aligns with company goals and individual performance, ensuring competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits that attract, retain, and motivate top talent

Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6+ years of experience in HR; 3+ yoe as a people manager
- SHRM strongly preferred
- MUST have experience working with leadership team
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
