Onsite-Receptionist/Coordinator needed for a
contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in
Austin, TX.
The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:- High School Diploma or GED with up to two (2) years of job-related experience.
- Strongly want someone with commercial background vs residential but open to residential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Currently a firm duration of 6-8 weeks but there is a possibility to extend out to 6 months
- Working onsite; M-F 8am 5pm
- Pay: $20 - $22/hr; depending on experience.
What You'll Be Doing:- This will be covering the phones, keeping track of work orders, ordering office supplies, and processing invoices (coding invoices).
- On a client site, this person is front desk coverage.
- The client does get walk ins but mostly from deliveries and occasionally from tenants.
- This person will be opening and closing the office.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:- High School Diploma or GED with up to two (2) years of job-related experience.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications: - Preference is commercial experience.
