contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in
Fort Mill, SC.
The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:- Prior experience as a front desk receptionist
- Good customer service - client facing skills
- Paying $21 per hour; depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to management as needed.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility. Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience as a front desk receptionist
- Intermediate MS Office skills
