Diesel Mechanic Working Foreman Midlothian, TX
Aim Transportation is opening up a shop near you! - Pay: $75,000- $90,000 + Bonus (based on experience)
- Shift/Schedule:1st Shift 7:00am 4:30pm
- Assign scheduled work to the technician with the required skill set to accomplish the task
- Monitor assigned tasks and give technical or hands on assistance when necessary to ensure that repairs are completed to meet the Agreed Date and Time
- Coach and mentor techs to broaden their triage and repair capabilities
- Complete own assignments while monitoring all work in progress on assigned shift

Requirements
- 5+ years diesel mechanic experience required/or relatable field experience
- Must Have Tools
- Texas State Inspection License preferred
- CDL and/or ASE Certifications preferred
