Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee daily field operations and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the success of each project, meeting healthcare-specific requirements and regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the project team.
- Quality Control & Safety: Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Conduct regular inspections and ensure that all work adheres to stringent healthcare construction guidelines.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- 7 years proven experience as a Superintendent with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
