Salary Range for US Based Staff: $55,463 - $65,250

Position Overview:
This position plays a critical role in the successful delivery responsibility for coordinating the management of all Sports grants, as well as oversight of the sport project plans including various operationalizations Sport Resources information, documents, and databases.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise Sports grants program and ensure implementation per program objectives and design while managing timelines and deliverables
- Support entire grant making process; including review of proposals, the selection process, review of grantee financial documents and program reports, monitoring metrics, and close out of grants
- Participate in Grant Site visits and remote evaluation processes
- Ensure that requirements per corporate and donor rules and regulations are properly followed
- Track all the finances for grants, ensuring funds are spent and reported on in required timeframes
- Generate reports to evaluate activity and available funds
- Manage fiscal reports, accounts receivables and financial reporting deadlines
- Collaborate with Development, Regions and external partners on proposals & reporting
- Responsible for collating, writing and distributing annual State of Sport Grants report

- Support five programmatic area inputs
- Oversight of Sport projects dashboard tracking and accountability
- Ensuring PM designs & schedule deadlines are met in line with organization policies
- Sport Resource updates
- Dashboard development & management
- Analyze sport data in alignment with projects & grants to support decision making processes
- Administrative Support
- Support with Sport department finance management including invoices and expense reimbursements
- Track reoccurring department deadlines such as annual planning and reporting documents including division goals and targets
- Assist in the preparation of monthly departmental and project
- Assist with other special projects (as requested)
- Some US and International travel required
Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience plus three to five years of relevant work experience. Experience and/or coursework in the area of Sport or Recreation Management, Finance, Business or Accounting administration or equivalent work is a plus.
- Experience in handling grants management software packages, preferably with Smart Simple online Grants management systems.
- Demonstrated capacity to reconcile monthly financial reports and identify
- Demonstrated ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to
- Ability to work as a team player and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written communication
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and producing grants/ sub-grants and other proposals, budgets
- Experience working in a multi-cultural setting
- Experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities and/or other disability populations
- PMP certification a plus
Knowledge of data analytic tools such as MS Power BI, or Tableau
