How you will make an impact:
The Lutheran Home is seeking a Business Development Liaison to make a substantial impact by conducting targeted sales efforts with prospects across all levels of care within the community. The business development liaison will aim to meet and surpass budgeted occupancy while maintaining high customer satisfaction. By assisting in identifying opportunities to promote partnerships with professional and referral sources, the liaison strengthens the community's network, fosters collaboration, and enhances the overall visibility and appeal of the community, driving sustained growth and success.
Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, holidays are required.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years sales sales-related experience (required)
- 2 years of experience required in marketing to hospitals for skilled nursing facilities (required)
- Experience creating relationships with hospitals (required)
