About the role
We're looking a Workplace Coordinator to manage administrative tasks and office procedures. Reporting to the Senior Workplace Experience Manager, you'll help create a healthy, safe, and welcoming environment for Crunchyrollers and guests. You'll also serve as a culture champion, bringing our brand and mission to life through an engaging workspace.
- You will ensure Crunchyrollers complete safety training and maintain safe working practices.
- You will develop and implement safety programs to prevent accidents and injuries.
- You will comply with federal, state, local, and company safety regulations.
- You will manage vendor relationships (catering, snacks/beverages, janitorial, security, property management, and more).
- You will oversee and maintain office spaces, including furniture, kitchen, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- You will lead routine maintenance and repairs for office equipment, gym, and coordinate with IT on office technology needs.
- You will maintain office supply inventory.
- You will coordinate office budgets for catering, events, swag, and supplies.
- You will support the Workplace Experience Team with build-outs, office moves, and space planning.
- You will collaborate with the global People Team on social events, off-sites, and all-hands meetings.
- You will plan and implement improvements that enhance culture and employee wellness.
- You will design creative ways to promote Crunchyroll's mission in daily office life.
- You will be the main contact for all office-related needs.
- You will work with PeopleOps and IT teams.
- You will stay proactive by engaging main partners to share best practices on new safety and facility trends.
This is a contract role based in our Los Angeles office, requiring 5 days a week onsite.
About You

- 3+ years of experience in facilities and workplace management, with experience managing budgets.
- You have solid experience with architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems, and leases, contracts, and related documents.
- You understand emergency and crisis management in building operations.
- You can engage team members from different global locations.
- You bring leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- You are tech-savvy, proficient in Google Workspace, and have great interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, such as moving furniture or handling freight deliveries.
- You can work 5 days a week onsite.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
