Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle payment terminals and operate a point-of-sale system (training provided)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
