Overview:
$17.50 / hour
This is a one-year contract position that is vacant. Candidates must be 18+ years old and able to work full time hours during this period.
- Oversee the ongoing administration of seasonal uniform and resale inventory in Associate Services
- Monitor inventory levels of all uniform items and Associate Services supplies
- Provide regular updates to management on inventory counts and stock available; recommend replenishment numbers to purchase in a timely and proactive manner
- Assist with researching new suppliers and products and coordinating purchasing of all uniform items and Associate Services supplies, while monitoring budget levels
- Verify all incoming orders and complete necessary data entry and paperwork
- Use the Inventory Tracking process to keep track of inventory levels on uniform items
- Manage the ongoing write-off procedures and recommend follow-up with departments as applicable
- Assist with year-end Inventory of all uniform items and updating inventory database
- Assist with training the Associate Services’ staff in aisle maintenance and related communications regarding stocking needs for uniform and resale items
- Assist with laundry duties to prioritize required items and to ensure efficient use of the machines
- Support Associate Services’ counter service when necessary
- Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:
- You!
- Previous retail inventory and administrative experience is required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Individuals that have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates that are detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Someone that possesses strong organizational, self-motivational and initiative skills
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
