About the Role
As a Development Lead, you will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive the success of our software development team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you'll write scalable, high-quality code while mentoring developers, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop Solutions: Write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable code to meet project requirements.
- Lead the Team: Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical design discussions.
- Collaborate: Partner with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other teams to align development with business goals.
- Innovate Processes: Identify opportunities to improve development workflows and team productivity.
- Deliver Results: Ensure timely and successful project completion, maintaining high coding standards and efficiency.

Work Location
This position is based at the Team Quality Services corporate office in downtown Auburn, Indiana.
This is not a remote or work-from-home role.
Compensation
Base salary starting at $85,000 annually.
Requirements
5+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role within a development team.
Strong technical skills in full-stack development, system architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
