Requirements:
- Master'sor Doctoral degree in Nursing
- ActiveNurse Practitioner License in the State of California.
- NationalLicensure for Nurse Practitioner, with the ability to sign prescriptions andfurnish medications.

- CurrentBLS certification.
- CurrentDEA Certification.
- ValidCalifornia driver's license.
