Senior Estimator - Commercial Roofing
$100k - $120k base commissions/bonuses
We are seeking a new construction Commercial Roofing Estimator who will be responsible for pricing and negotiating contracts for commercial roof projects.
Commercial Roofing Estimator Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):
- Estimate, compile bids and generate proposals accurately and are completed on time
- Make site visits to collect bidding information and/or from Plans/Specs for new/re-roof projects, when required
- Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price
- Review/prepare proposed project bids in accordance with company bidding procedures with essential overall cost accuracy Participate in pre and post review project meetings
- Complete project closeout documents
- Cultivate customer relationships that will assist in winning profitable repeat business
- Maintain communication with project contacts throughout the entire project from start to finish
- Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects
Commercial Roofing Estimator Job Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years experience estimating w/ software's like the EDGE, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.
- Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerize estimating software (Edge Software experience is a Plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Must be a motivated and a "self-starter" with professional appearance
- Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situation
- Must be team orientated

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year base salary bonuses/commissions
