Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Infrastructure Engineer I
Join our team as an Infrastructure Engineer! Work on cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions, manage Windows servers, streamline workflows in ServiceNow, and provide hands-on hardware support. Bring your skills, solve challenges, and make a real impact every day!
Role Overview
- Handle incoming tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Administer, configure, and maintain Windows servers to support enterprise applications and systems.
- Contribute to researching, analyzing, designing, and delivering technology solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Architect and implement solutions requiring integration across multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications.
- Review and recommend software and hardware builds, system options, and associated risks, costs, and benefits.
- Maintenance and Support of Windows Server Systems (2022, 2019, 2016, and 2012 R2
Key Qualifications
- Relevant experience in infrastructure engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to analyze and implement technology solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience managing tickets and workflows within ServiceNow.
- have hands-on experience working with current and older rack and blade server hardware technology (HP and Cisco UCS experience a plus) Proficiency in working with Windows servers, including administration and configuration.

- Ability to understand and engage in technical discussions at the task level.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in Windows server management, including updates, patching, and troubleshooting.

- Schedule : 2:30 - 10:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday
- Location: Hybrid, every other week onsite at 1050 Wall St. West, Lyndhurst, NJ
- Reporting to: Enterprise Technology Service
- Pay Range: $97,700.00-$156,400.00
