We are currently seeking an Analyst - Platforms & Partnershipsto join our media operations & delivery based in our New York, New York headquarters.
This role will support the Director, Platforms & Partnerships as well as colleagues within the Global Technology Operations group, in creating processes and establishing best practices that effectively and efficiently utilize the systems that are in place. The Analystwill interact with internal stakeholders and external partners and vendors to ensure asset deliveries are performed in adherence to partner SLA as well as go live on-time without error.
The Analyst, Platforms & Partnerships, is responsible for supporting the Director, Platforms & Partnerships in Onboarding new service launches for Multiplatform Distribution initiatives. The role is focused on Affiliate and Partner relations for new and existing platforms. The Analyst serves as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for content distribution across AMC+, VOD, TVE, OTT, EST, AVOD, FAST, SVOD platforms and services. They are responsible forfacilitating fulfillment of partner SLA and OTD Performance for BAU workflows. The Analyst will contribute to and support the growth domestically and in international territories. Additionally, the Analyst will interact with third party vendors and distribution partners to assist in investigating and rectifying on platform content availability.
- Manage daily communication on High Priority Content, tentpoles, stunt offers between vendors, partners, and internal departments such as Multiplatform Scheduling, Affiliate Sales, Distribution Sales, Content Strategy, key business stakeholders, etc
- Prioritize issues and lead troubleshooting efforts for AMC+, SVOD, FVOD, TSVOD brands
- Manage process for triage and troubleshooting incidents in Service Now for AMC+ for AMC ENT assets (AMC, BBCA, IFC & Sundance), D2C and TSVOD brands
- Tracking BAU deliveries and backfill launch deliveries for AMC+ and TSVODs through vendors and transport providers
- Manage communication to partners for all brands including AMC, BBCA, IFCtv, Sundance tv, WEtv, IFC Films, Shudder, Sundance Now, Acorn, ALLBLK, RLJE
- Facilitate volume tracking and forecasting for SVOD AMC+ and FVOD with the Finance team to help inform resource dependencies
- Assist in review of partner technical requirements and specifications to evaluate scope and level or effort to support
- Support intake and discovery for stunts, re-avails, net new deliveries, etc
- Manage daily support for verification of VOD/TVE/EST/SVOD content going live on platform, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
- Liaise with internal teams to enforce SLAs and assist in onboarding efforts for the Digital Supply Chain
- Lead AMC+ delivery tracking initiatives for partner and vendor deliveries
- Supports the Director in managing all initiatives on the AMCN Roadmap and Pipeline
- Manage daily communication with vendors, partners, and internal departments such as Scheduling, Affiliate Sales, Digital Sales, key Business stakeholders, etc
- Tracking BAU deliveries and backfill/launch deliveries for AMC+ and WEtv+ / allblk through vendors and transport providers
- Under supervision of the Director, manages the international expansion for B2B SVOD launches
- Serve as POM (partner operations manager) and manage communication to partners for ALL brands including AMC, BBCA, IFC TV, Sundance TV, WEtv, IFCFU, Shudder, Sundance Now, Acorn, ALLBLK, RLJE, etc
- Volume tracking to support the budget process for SVOD, and FVOD on a monthly/weekly basis to inform cost estimates and resource dependencies
- Research and review partner technical requirements and specifications to evaluate scope and level of effort to support
- Manage the daily support process for live content on AMC+ and SVOD/TSVOD services
- Support Director and VP with ad hoc projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of work experience within a television network or media company, preferably in Digital Supply Chain management, Media Operations
- Highly detailed oriented, organized, and able to effectively prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Ability to foster and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Ability to analyze workflow/processes and identify inefficiencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Airtable, JIRA
The base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $64,000 commensurate with experience.
