Description
Responsible for financial reporting and data analysis for a specific business unit (Private Wealth), division or product based upon data in the Black Diamond portfolio reporting system. Supports the business by providing financial reporting and analysis to aid other operations/PW teams and gives guidance and advice on portfolio reporting data or issues. Responsibilities typically include adherence to controls for risk reporting, quality control of reporting, and data/account reconciliations.
Primary responsibilities include
- Primary focus is on daily deliverable of routine and ad hoc requests with defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the Work is being performed.
- Maintains Black Diamond portfolio database by onboarding new clients and reconciling various data points and portfolio performance for accuracy.
- Creates reports based upon data in Black Diamond, interpreting data and identifying trends.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience to recognize inaccuracies and flawed data; creates and tests job aides based on procedures and steps to be used for cross-training and new hire training.
- Ensures reporting of productivity, quality and other ad hoc requirements are in an accurate and timely manner.
- Extracts, prepares, and analyzes data while also resolving data issues and discrepancies for reporting.
- Creates and tests job aides for training.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional office setting as part of a collaborative team sharing workload and communicating updates and priorities,
- Demonstrated experience for 3+ years in high profile client service (internal or external) delivering a detailed work product for usage in client communication
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel with filtering and organizing data, including Logical, Lookup, and Text functions; Pivot Tables; and Data validation
- Must possess and display excellent organization and communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle high volume requests with strong attention to detail
- Follow up and monitoring of time sensitive tasks
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel, including Logical, Lookup, and Text functions; Pivot Tables; and Data validation
- Must be able to work independently and as a team; specifically using a shared mailbox and a Teams channel
- College degree preferred, but not required

- Hours per Week: 40
- Monday - Friday
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $26 - $30 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
