Compensation:$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Represent clients in a variety of criminal defense matters.
- Negotiate with prosecutors on behalf of your clients.
- Develop case strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Research and organize applicable statutes to craft a defense.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Manage a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and ensuring excellent client communication.
Qualifications:- JD degree and active MN law license in good standing.
- 1+ year of criminal defense or related experience.
- Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to be an exceptional colleague/team player.
- A client-first mindset with high emotional intelligence.
