Must-haves:
- CLOSERS ONLY, READY TO PITCH LEADS
- FINANCIALLY DRIVEN TO CLOSE DEALS (this is not a customer support role)
- Phone sales and/or call-center experience
- A positive, competitive, and high-energy attitude
- Grit, and ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent
- Demonstrate and show empathy towards others effectively
- On-site availability to learn and grow (remote option available for proven high-performers or after hitting performance targets)
- This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, and some Saturday availability.

What will you be doing?
- Convert INBOUND leads to customers
- Present, promote, and offer services using effective questioning and closing techniques.
- Follow the curated sales script, but with the ability to be persuasive and excitable
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Follow-up with appointments where applicable
- Ability to close a customer in one-call using our proven methodology
- Hit and maintain performance standards in a metrics-driven (KPI) environment
- Provide & educate clients on various financial solutions for debt resolution with knowledge on different financial options for resolving debt.
- Efficiently manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Diligently update lead notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
- Ensure and maintain compliance standards during sales transactions
- Create an awesome customer experience
