We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our fulfillment team as a Service Agreement Coordinator for our Compressed Air Division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, sales team, and service team. Your primary responsibilities will be to process incoming quotes, order requests, keep the customer service agreement contracts up to date and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Quote all Service Agreement requests from Salesmen, Regional Aftermarket Director, and Branch Service Managers
• Manage and initiate all service agreement jobs.
• Procure parts for all service agreement jobs.
• Work with Branch Managers to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability on service agreement jobs.
• Review all current service agreement contracts for expiration dates and profitability.
• Notifying sales and regional aftermarket director timely for renewals
• Research and procure parts for Non-Preventative Maintenance Service Requests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledgeable in the Air Compressor Industry
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or a minimum 1-year experience in Air Compressor Industry
• Ability to manage timelines and complete all tasks as assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• Ability to demonstrate specific reasoning in defining problems, data analysis and valid recommendations.
• General computer proficiency including proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Report preparation and presentation.
