This position ensures that our residents are receiving a high level of customer service and that our properties are fully occupied. A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. Rate: based on experience
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operation of the property.
- Process resident applications.
- Rent collection.
- Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc.
- Various data entry.
- Answer phones.
- Property Inspections.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the housing industry is a plus, but not required.
- PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable and insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
