Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to work remotely within the United States. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.The Senior Technical Analyst - ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is responsible for the ongoing planning and configuration/development of processes, procedures, and solutions of the HRSD product within the ServiceNow platform. Along with configuration/development, deployment, and maintenance, this position provides technical consulting of HRSD to the product and platform teams, serves as a liaison between HR and various business and IT teams, and implements solutions following HRSD/ServiceNow best practices. The overarching goal for this position is to implement, automate, and evolve processes to serve our business through process improvement, driving efficiency, standardization, etc

- Assist in improvement efforts to evolve and streamline processes using the HRSD solution to drive efficiency and improve the end user experience.
- Support the development and implementation of new features including HR case, HR knowledge, Manager Hub, Virtual Agent, Lifecycle events, and more.
- Assist in acting as technical expert for the product team, related to configurations, deployments, and related aspects of configuration management (upgrades, enhancements, etc.).
- Assist with the identification and prioritization of product configuration activities to ensure fast response times to business needs.
- Partner with product and platform teams to implement processes and procedures as part of ongoing maintenance and larger development efforts.
- Work closely with leadership, product team, and ServiceNow platform team to implement necessary processes and tools to support the automation of builds, deployments, and testing.
- Prioritize complex design of configuration tasks and activities to simplify the deployment process.
- Assist as subject matter expert to the larger HR/SBS teams with technical questions.
- Train and mentor other IT Analysts and other members of the larger customer base as needed.
- Provide support for critical product/platform problems and issues.
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required: - Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business).
Preferred: - ServiceNow certifications (HRSD Fundamentals, HRSD Implementer)
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required: - 4-6 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
- 4-6 years ServiceNow experience, preferably at least 2+ years in HRSD.
- Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, project delivery teams, automated test teams to identify, plan, execute, and test solutions, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Employee Experience functional areas
Preferred: - Experience using Agile approaches such as Kanban and release planning is preferred
- Experience working on global implementations preferred.
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required: - ServiceNow and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Experience
- Understanding of digital workplace capabilities and best practices
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication

Preferred: - Understanding of technology product use cases for the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry
