Position and Company Highlights: Financial Planner, CFP
Schedule 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM Friday
Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 base salary plus 15% bonus potential
Location: This is an in-person position that is client-facing, located in Tulsa at 2222 S Utica Place.

Purpose of Position of Financial Planner:
Primary responsibility is to be an expert in the field of financial planning for clients and Wealth Advisors. This role involves a thorough analysis of clients' financial status, understanding their objectives, and devising tailored financial plans.
Principal Accountabilities of Financial Planner:
- Drives the financial planning process from client discovery meeting through plan presentation
- This role will interact with clients daily to gather and analyze information, develop and implement recommendations, and monitor the financial plans of clients.
- Serves as the go to for planning needs for decided markets
- Builds relationships and instills confidence with Wealth Advisors
- Acts with the highest level of professionalism
- Adheres to the Service Level Agreement with regards to timeliness of response/delivery of plans
- Works with the Director of Financial Planning, executive committee, and compliance in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives of the firm pertaining to Financial Planning
- Maintain a standard of personal conduct professionally and socially to promote a personal reputation of integrity and technical competence.
Requirements of Financial Planner:
- Bachelor's Degree - Minimum
- Certified Financial Planner designation - Preferred (CFP )
- FINRA license - Preferred (Series 65)
