Title: IAM Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Job Description: · 4 years of experience in Oracle Identity & Access Manager. · Should have been in the role of IAM Analyst. Technical Skills: · Familiarity with leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of Duty SOD, and Role Based Access Control RBAC · Conducting cross-functional discovery exercises with both business and technical users to create design that accurately reflect the organization's business and corresponding IT access authorizations to fulfill those business needs · Communicating with stakeholders and helping stakeholders understand different implementation options at business and technical level · Coordinate with various teams to drive and execute access changes bring access in line or make recommendations to change as appropriate · Ability to gather and analyze information, design tests and validation procedures to confirm accuracy and strengths of a given control point · Validate, Document and Agree on Business requirements · Engage application tech owner to provide evidence · Collect evidence Technology: · Should have worked on tools related to Oracle Identity & Access Manager · Should have used technology related to App Authentication and Validation Education qualification: § Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience. Certifications Needed: · Certificates in relevant fields are an added advantage.
