Our financial services client is looking for a talented Product Analyst – Marketplace Operations to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week in their San Francisco Financial District office. Contract Duration: 6-Months to Start, Potential to Extend Required Skills & Experience Experience in product management / product analysis to assist engineering team in product enhancements and automating tasks Proven abilities working with product stakeholders to define requirements Strong ability to project manage complex initiatives Strong experience with SQL querying, Snowflake database and comfortable working with data tables and large datasets Experience building dashboards in Tableau Working knowledge of JIRA system and Agile development process Working knowledge of API connectivity Desired Skills & Experience Financial / Accounting knowledge is a nice-to-have Daily Responsibilities: Structured Deals Support Set up the appropriate structure and account on the platform and implement new validation logic using RPA. Collect requirements and setup new tableau dashboards to track specific attributes in structured deals such as performance rebate level, loss triggers and cash levels. Legal / Audit Tech Support Respond to Chain of Title requests from Litigation Legal Team by running SQL query to identify the correct chain of title. Work with Marketplace Ops team and Legal Team on Chain of Title query improvement requirements and identify related data sources internally. Collaborate with Marketplace Ops team on Internal Audits Data requests, documents workflows and control requirements and project manage implementation. Trading Support Respond to trading issues to document what happened, raise tickets with the Marketplace Issue Management team, and project manage resolution. Create ticket and work with engineers to create API Auth creation Requests and project manage Sandbox Environment setup for new and existing to test LCX connectivity. Ops Support Work with Ops Team to document manual onboarding processes and identify the data sources and impacted applications on the platform. Create and Update Marketplace Product metrics for monthly business review
