As a Data Center Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Your responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting service incidents and managing assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives. Escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders to remove obstacles. Following safety policies and procedures and participating in root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents. Collaborating across various teams and providing mentorship by sharing best practices. Coordinating metro data center visits , ensuring visitor safety and security, and managing associated programs. Executing strategic visions , adhering to safety protocols, and participating in improvement processes. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1 years of industry experience OR 2 years of industry experience and college coursework
