Responsibilities: ο Operational Leadership: Align DC operations with company goals, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance performance. ο Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and implement best practices for inventory, shipments, and returns. Inventory Control: Manage inventory processes and optimize utilization and placement. ο Space Planning & Six Sigma: Optimize space with vertical storage and Six Sigma principles to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Quality Assurance: Maintain shipment quality standards and resolve product quality issues. ο Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safety-first culture. ο Procurement: Source supplies, oversee facility maintenance, and manage budgets. Skills: ο Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. ο Expertise in inventory management, Six Sigma, and process optimization. ο Familiarity with WMS and related technologies. ο Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards. ο Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Preferred o Six Sigma or similar operational excellence certification. o Experience in budget management and cross-functional collaboration
