Required Skills & Experience 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the public sector or large institutions. 5 years of experience in information technology, with a preference for public sector or large institutional environments. 5 years of experience in the transportation industry , ideally within public sector settings. Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in developing business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and creating project documentation. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms effectively. Exceptional writing abilities and expertise in creating high-quality, well-designed presentations. Proficiency in Google Suite and business analysis tools (e.g., process modelling, requirements documentation, project management software). Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile ). Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Business, Information Technology , or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Preferred Certifications Certified Business Analysis Professional ( CBAP ), Project Management Professional ( PMP ), or an equivalent certification.
