ROLE: Lead Integration Engineer - Ruby on Rails ( Java) with heavy API experience TERMS: Full time, direct hire Must bring strong Ruby on Rails OR Java development & integration expertise (7 years) and lead experience (performing code reviews, team coaching, etc.) The candidate needs to embody the role of an API engineer and demonstrate a deep understanding of critical thinking and troubleshooting in real-time with customers. They should ask the right questions to solve issues quickly and effectively, exhibiting curiosity and adaptability. Interview process includes video meetings and live coding SKILLS & ROLE PROFILE: • Lead software integration developer with a strong background in backend applications development in Ruby on Rails - or Java (if you are a Java developer, must have a desire and willingness to learn & develop Ruby /Ruby on Rails); experience with SaaS applications desired • Experienced in system & data integration based requirements stakeholder requirements • Able to configure & customize platforms & integrate with 3rd party applications; API implementation experience • Strong API implementation experience • Bring knowledge of data modeling and data integration • Able to develop integrations with client’s applications & systems for migration of data • Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, or equivalent professional experience Benefits include competitive healthcare plan (medical/dental/vision), paid time off/sick leave, 401k.
