Akkodis is looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager and It's an 4 onsite role in Chadds Ford, PA on Direct Hire/CTH basis. This person should be with a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capability. Must be local folks only Pay Range: $130k- $150k; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Responsibilities: Candidates will be expected to pass a technical interview which will include Power BI and PySpark exercises. Accountable for end-to-end delivery of data analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric Power BI. Technical expertise in both Power BI and cloud Data Lake / Lakehouse technology (Microsoft Fabric is preferred, but Databricks or equivalent will be considered). Strong experience designing data models in the context of a data lake platform, including the implementation of medallion architecture. Coding proficiency in PySpark and experience with Git based version control and CI/CD. Experience with delivering projects in adherence with IT and team standards. Experience designing and implementing design standards is a plus. Experience leading data analytics projects and technical teams. Direct people management experience is a plus. Experience engaging with business and IT stakeholders.
