Job Title: Data Analyst Job Type: 12 Month Contract Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX Salary Range: $33-$37 an hour Job Description: As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Team Lead and other analysts to consolidate data within existing systems, ensuring it is accurate, clean, and ready for migration to Salesforce. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. The position begins with a two-week onsite onboarding period in Austin, followed by a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and validate data from existing systems. Assist in developing workflows to prepare data for migration to Salesforce. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the process. Analyze datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Create reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with team members to develop insights that inform organizational goals. Work closely with the Team Lead and other analysts to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Provide regular updates on progress and challenges to the team. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to optimize data processes. Qualifications: 1 years of experience in data analytics or a related role. Experience with data cleaning and preparation is strongly preferred. Proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation languages. Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
