The Data Engineer will be responsible for managing and organizing data, while also keeping an eye out for trends or anomalies that could affect investment decisions. Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and test infrastructures for data generation. Process, cleanse, and verify data integrity used for analysis. Employ sophisticated analytics programs, machine learning, and statistical methods to prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling. Create custom software components and analytics applications. Work with various stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. Develop tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Deepen and extend existing analytic methodologies. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect, or in a relevant role. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java etc. Strong understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics. Good knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools. Profound knowledge of building and maintaining data systems. Good understanding of financial services industry and strong familiarity with its standard concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus.
