vMOX is looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist – Logistics who will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments received from customers via order ticketing system. In this job you will: Ensure inbound ordersare processed within defined SLAs with accuracy and are checked into inventory for clients, including inspecting and cleaning devices. Pick, pack, and ship ordersto clients with defined SLAs with the highest level of quality and accuracy. Where in scope, apply screen protectors and cases to mobile devices. Audit shipments for accuracy and route to the appropriate channel for the most efficient processing. Follow standard operatingprocedures regarding vMOX logistics processes and reference all custom Knowledge Base articles. Monitor fulfillment queue and alert Logistics Manager to potential risks with missing SLAs. Exercise highest level of diligence when dealing with data points critical to the working for the mobile device that is being deployed (IMEI, ICCID, Phone Number, Serial, etc.). Create requests within vMOX portals and complete procurement transactions within carrier portals, including but not limited to: line label updates, unsuspends, phone line changes. Continue self-education to maintain a broad knowledgeof wireless solutions, rate plans, productsand services to improve our operational efficiencies and customer experience. Qualifications for the role: High School Diploma. Minimum of two years’ experience working in an order fulfillment or customer support/warehouse environment. Business and Enterprise wireless carrier products/services background highly desired. Impeccable customer service skills and desire to provide qualitywork which resultsin great experiences for our customers’ end users. Previous experience with order management processing procedures and ticketing software. Ability to type45 WPM. Ability to exercise high level of integrity and confidentiality when assisting with customer’s recycled devices. Broad knowledge of wireless devices and services. Excellent communication including written, verbaland presentation skills. Strong background in problem solvingand troubleshooting. Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through and attention to detail to ensure inventory is 100% accurate. Overtime may be required. Occasional handling of items exceeding 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or team assistance. Standing and Walking Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Environmental Conditions Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including hot, cold, or humid areas within the warehouse. Tolerance for exposure to dust, noise, and moving machinery. Operating Equipment Capability to safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts (training and certification may be required).
