Applications Analyst System Oversight : Manage core systems, including installation, upgrades, and customization. User Support : Provide technical guidance, training, and issue resolution for end users. Documentation : Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation. System Maintenance : Monitor compliance, execute updates, and participate in integration testing. Collaboration : Serve as a liaison among business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Development & Analysis : Support software lifecycle processes, create test cases, and generate complex reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years in application support. Expertise in ERP, WMS, MDM, and HRIS systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and prioritize competing demands.
