Location: Vancouver, WA 98662 Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Estimated Salary: 80-100k (Eligible for 10% bonus) Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology preferred 2-5 years of professional experience as a business analyst or similar role Formal experience gathering and writing requirements required Familiarity with the SDLC and experience working with development and/ or technical teams in an Agile environment Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills Plusses SaaS industry experience Overview: The Business Analyst will be working a hybrid model in Vancouver, WA. This person will be working on a team of 3 Product Owners, 2 Business Analysts, and 2 User Interface Designers. This team also works with offshore developers. You will be responsible for gatething and writing requirements for a variety of projects. There may be testing involved and any UAT or QA experience would be helpful.
