Our rapidly growing and profitable company is seeking a hands-on, experienced Product Owner who is eager to advance our agile development processes. This role emphasizes building strong communication channels with stakeholders and cultivating trusted relationships. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, excels at driving consensus, and understands the importance of balancing repeatability with maximizing ROI. Proficiency in writing agile user stories, grooming the backlog, and reprioritizing stories and epics is essential. When faced with competing priorities and limited resources, the Product Owner will lead discussions, provide informed recommendations, and guide the scrum team and stakeholders toward decisions that maximize business value. Primary Duties: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand, anticipate, and translate their needs into requirements. Manage the product backlog, and establish prioritization based on changing requirements. Create a product road map based on this vision. Collaborate with Scrum Teams to ensure the business' vision for application capabilities is clear, achievable, and ultimately met. Liaise with the scrum team and internal stakeholders to align on the outcome of any scope changes. Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. Accountable to the business for getting the product out of the door, and acting as their primary liaison. Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer health and driving value realization. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner. Minimum of 7 years of total relevant experience, including experience in Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar roles. Proven expertise in managing B2B SaaS products with a focus on API integrations. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product solutions. A technical background in software engineering, architecture, API integrations, or similar is a plus but not required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
