Job Title : Product Analyst Responsibilities: Problem Articulation: Identify, define, and articulate problem statements in collaboration with stakeholders. Story Writing: Develop comprehensive user stories that capture the functional requirements and business needs. PNR and Reservation System: Work on Passenger Name Record (PNR) and reservation systems to ensure accurate data capture and functionality. NDC Implementation: Implement and articulate NDC functionality within the airline's systems. Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. JIRA Management: Manage and track project tasks using JIRA, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: Agile Methodologies and JIRA: Proven experience with agile methodologies and proficiency in JIRA for project management. Air Domain Experience: Extensive experience in the air domain, including knowledge of airline functions. Saber or Saber-Red: Hands-on experience with Saber or Saber-Red systems. GDS and NDC: Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and New Distribution Capability (NDC). Airline Functions: In-depth understanding of airline functions and related systems. Location: Miami, Florida - onsite from Monday through Thursday (remote on Friday).c Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 – $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
