Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable and efficient data architectures using Python, Pyspark, and Palantir. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure best practices are followed • Oversee the implementation of data integration and data processing pipelines. • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and monitoring processes. • Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system performance. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the architecture. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data architecture and processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data architecture and processing. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and ensure compliance. • Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools. Qualifications: • Possess strong technical skills in Python, Pyspark, and Palantir. • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data architectures. • Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. • Display a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
