Job Description : We are looking for an energetic and curious self-starter to join our Compliance Testing Group. Your main job will be to conduct compliance reviews to ensure our firm follows all regulations and policies. You’ll work closely with Compliance and business management to improve our processes. Responsibilities : Propose and carry out testing methods. Gather and analyze data, then document the results. Identify and report potential compliance and reputational risks. Communicate effectively with compliance and senior business management. Collaborate with global colleagues to share findings and refine processes. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree. Broad knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC rules, Investment Company Act of 1940). Strong Excel skills Strong skills in interviewing, presenting, writing, time management, and analysis. Integrity, motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in compliance, product control, legal, regulatory, audit, or risk management, especially in asset or wealth management or global banking. Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., investment manager, broker-dealer, law firm, accounting firm, regulator). Knowledge of financial instruments (e.g., Financial Engineering, CFA, PRMIA, FRM). Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin Chinese.
