Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for various business needs across the organization Responsible for greeting visitors at reception desk, conference room management and guest access. Actively participate in event planning process. Identify opportunities to increase employee engagement in events, meetings or conferences. Build and maintain relationships with essential vendors and venues Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years professional experience in an administrative support role. Financial industry experience preferred, but not required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and oral
