What we’re looking for: A proven leader with at least 10 years of experience in high-quality news production and 5 years as an editor in a digital-first newsroom. A mastery of a wide range of news skills, ethics, and values. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving audience engagement and team success. Knowledge of Alaska's current events, history, and public policy, with a commitment to reflecting diverse community voices.
