Our Client is seeking a Servicing Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting various servicing, administrative and client functions for a Credit Fund. You must be a highly adaptable person who is comfortable in an ever changing and energetic environment Your responsibilities: Compliance management support, assist with third-party service provider audits Maintain state tracker and proactively plan for upcoming filings Prepare and submit monthly billing for approval Perform quality control reviews of loan documentation. Process loan documentation requests between third-party service providers Assist with daily servicing objectives, including updates to databases and documenting activities Monitor bankruptcy activities across portfolio. Prepare and file necessary paperwork with the bankruptcy courts. Process monthly cash remittance reports, reconcile bank transactions, prepare billing statements Review monthly reports from third party service providers, Process reports in the loan management system and resolve reconciliation issues with the service provider Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant business field preferred 2 years relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, banking or financial services preferred Strong Excel skills with ability to run macros, Proficient Word and PowerPoint skills Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Detail oriented to assure accuracy in every transaction performed
