POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the community association practice group's legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys. Duties/Responsibilities: Prepare conflict information for submission to Conflicts Department. Draft retainer agreements for final review. Manage file organization, including opening and closing files, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Enter and update client contact information in Interaction database Provide general clerical and secretarial support as needed, including assembling packages and correspondence. Screen and route telephone calls to the appropriate personnel. Assist with month-end billing processes. Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the marketing department, coordinating and representing the firm at events such as seminars, trade shows, workshops, and webinars. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to efficiently organize files and manage workflow.
