Experience • Minimum 5 -8 yrs of direct Compensation and Total Rewards experience in U.S. and Canada. Global experience preferred. • Demonstrated experience with exemption determinations, market analysis and compensation benchmarking. • Preference for dynamic experience working with Sales Incentive Plans strongly preferred, inclusive of the tools and technology to support.
