Key Responsibilities: Data Interpretation and Entry: Interpret and accurately enter clinical information for daily incoming cases across various specialties. Extract clinical details from test requisition forms, medical records, pedigrees, and communications with ordering clinicians. Clinical Data Maintenance: Maintain and update clinical data records as new information becomes available. Communication and Follow-Up: Collaborate with ordering clinicians to clarify or obtain additional details from records or requisition forms as needed or directed by your supervisor. Required Qualifications: Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in a related scientific field. Experience: Proven experience in data entry or research. Residency: Must be located in California. Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in database systems and data entry tools. Preferred Qualifications: Interest or background in genetics, healthcare, or related fields.
