Role :Data Architect / Power BI Job type :Fulltime Location : Cary, NC Roles and responsibilities: Technical: Good Experience with architecting enterprise solution needs Experience in Designing and implementation of end-to-end Azure data solutions, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization Good Experience and understanding on breadth of Azure services towards Solutioning for Enterprise needs (E1 level at Azure Functions, Synapse, Data Bricks, Event Grid, Azure AI and able to provide solutions) Good Experience in Python, FAST API Good Experience with solutioning advices into AI/ML needs, able to deliver them applying kind of ML Ops Have good knowledge on GenAI and recent experiences in performing POCs ( Azure Open AI or any LLM, LangChain, Building Conversational Apps) Able to perceive Automation needs be it QE, AMS and any aspects of Software Engineering Support and guide team on all aspects say right from Coaching, Building skeleton frameworks, Coding & triaging along with the team Greater analytical & problem solving skills Able to present and demonstrate solutions to various leadership levels Non-Technical: Experience in BFSI Information technology or equivalent Possesses mastery level understanding of standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing Demonstrated ability in applying automation for repeatable tasks Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must Experience in large cross system, cross team initiatives Ability to build, deliver and operate complex systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details as well as demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills and ability to establish strong relationships Strong Software Development Life Cycle knowledge and experience, or comparable methodologies Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insights Analyzing, designing, developing, and driving solutions for major components and features Ensuring secure, high code quality across the entire team Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders Working with cross-functional teams for delivery Mentoring Mid/Junior Software Engineers
