Personal requirements: A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI developer who is an experienced hands-on coder, independent researcher and is self-motivated. Developer must be reliably capable of protecting highly confidential technology. Technical qualifications : Expertise in Classical AI, which includes a depth of understanding regarding: planning, reasoning, first-order logic, knowledge-based AI, expert systems. Proven experience in AI/ML development. A strong understanding of NLU and NLP. Proficiency in Python and C++. Deep understanding of graph databases. Knowledge of data extraction, preprocessing and cleaning techniques. Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras. A knowledge of computer vision and security is a bonus, but is not a core necessity. Additional preferred skills: Understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Experience with automated speech recognition (ASR). JavaScript and Flutter/Flutter Flow is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the further development of a unique non-LLM based, AI Cognitive Engine, created by a company still in stealth mode, backed by a significant patent portfolio. Design, develop, and implement advanced AI algorithms and models that address complex cognitive AI challenges, including a unique AI Agent architecture that is not dependent on, nor is an outgrowth of, an LLM infrastructure. Conduct development to enhance AI capabilities, focusing on ASR, NLP, NLU, deep learning, and cognitive computing. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
