Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel to analyze datasets, providing clear and actionable insights. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders effectively. API Lifecycle Management: Analyze API usage data to understand adoption trends and identify areas for improvement. Work with API lifecycle management platforms like Apigee and Postman to assess performance and functionality. Apply knowledge of API governance , OpenAPI specifications , and metadata management to support API strategies. Strategic Insights: Develop insights into catalogue usage patterns to demonstrate value and guide decision-making. Collaborate with technical teams to present findings and recommendations that drive business outcomes. Skills & Experience Required Essential: Experience with data analysis tools, including SQL, Tableau, and Excel . Familiarity with API lifecycle management platforms such as Apigee and Postman . Strong understanding of API governance , OpenAPI specifications , and metadata management . Proven ability to interpret API usage data and deliver actionable insights. Desirable: Experience working within financial services or regulated industries. Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
