Key Responsibilities: Process shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads, and schedule appointments. Track and trace shipments, input events, and generate invoices. Monitor task boards and email accounts, responding promptly to customer and carrier inquiries. Document events following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate as necessary. Ensure load data accuracy and adhere to company and customer standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in customer service. Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams (internal systems training provided). Comfortable handling 90% email-based tasks and 10% phone escalations. Ability to pass a background check (education and employment verification). Work Schedule: This role offers multiple flexible shift options to accommodate various schedules. Shifts may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours, with some shifts running from 4 PM to 12 AM or 8 AM to 5 PM. During the initial 2-week training period, the schedule will be Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 12 AM. After training, the position transitions to a hybrid model, requiring one day per month onsite.
