Business Analyst- Dynamics 365 Hybrid onsite in Bellevue, WA FTE: Salary 90k - 100k In this role, the Quality Business Analyst will support and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, assist users with system issues, and test platform updates. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions by gathering requirements, refining processes, and ensuring successful implementation of changes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business units and IT to align technology solutions with business needs. Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and user stories with clear success criteria. Test and validate platform changes and resolve reported issues in partnership with external support teams. Analyze and improve data quality and core data management processes. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure proper documentation and training for stakeholders. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Ideal Candidate: Experience: 3 years as a QA or Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in Agile/SCRUM environments. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement modules). Experience with UAT and Bug fixes Analysis Expertise: Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and best practices. Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and ability to create practical, long-term solutions. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to present information effectively to stakeholders. Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related experience.
